Actor Karunakaran started his career in the film called “Kalakalappu” in year 2012. Post which he played character roles in few more movies and his role in “Soodhu Kavvum” was his breakthrough. In short duration, he had achieved noticeable place in Kollywood. Though he had appeared in character come comedy role, he was introduced as hero in the movie called “Aadama Jaipomada”.
At present he is working with Director Radha Mohan in the movie called “Kanneer Anjali”. He is playing a prime role pairing with Actress Parvathy Nair. Naan Kadavul Rajendran is also stand-in noticeable role in this movie. His fans were surprised by variety of performance in each of his movies. However, he seems to be focused only in Comedy subjects.
