Super Star Rajinikanth has signed two projects at same time. Though information is getting seeped everywhere, official information is yet to be announced. Due to loss of Kochadiyan, Super Star has agreed to work in two projects to close all the outstanding debts. Ranjith will be the director of this film and it is scheduled to be released in 2016, hopefully during Pongal Festival. The whole budget for this film could be around Rs. 70 crore, however Super Star payment is Rs. 30 crore.
Next film is with Director Shankar and it could be Enthiran part 2 or even it could be new subject with big budget. Story is still under discussion. Since it is Shankar movie, the whole budget is Rs. 300 crore and payment for Super Star could Rs. 50 crore. Shankar is having a discussion to identify an actor for villain role and in fact Shankar team has approached Amir Khan, Kamal Hassan and Vickram for villain role. Even Bollywood Super Star Shahrukh Khan is already been approached for playing villain role in Super Star Film. If Shahrukh agrees, then in Tamil version Super Star will be the hero and Shahrukh will be playing a villain role and in Hindi version it will be vice versa. Shankar is in great hope that Shahrukh will agree since he has great respect for our Super Star. If everything goes fine, this movie will hit the screen by January 2017.
