Power Star being a Doctor he stepped into the Tamil Film Industry. He has acted a guest role in Mandapam, Unakkaga Oru Kavithai, Neethana Avan and Indrasena. He has directed and played a major role in the movie called Lathika which was released in the 2011 which he considered it to be a great success. Movie Lathika was played in the theatre for nearly 225 days. He recently played a major role in the movie called “Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya” with Santhanam Comedy Star. His presence in this movie made a big success and he consider to the first and foremost reason for success. Power Star going release some of his movie this year like Anandha Thollai , Mannavan , Padaith Thalaivan , Desiya Nedunchaalai , Seenu M.A.B.L. , Manushan , Thiruma , Moolakkadai Murugan , Suranga Paadhai ,Seenu .
