Some Indian call center works for an international clients especially consumers from countries like USA, UK, and Australia. Since Indian are very much flexible when it comes work and they do best job with high degree of commitment though they are paid less, all international companies would like to use this huge mass of workforce to reduce their cost.

They started training Indian how to speak English like American. Basically they thought them American slang. Their names are changed to common American name, so that American consumer can easily relate while conversing about their issues. Indian Call Center infrastructure is not dump as shown in the Video, in fact Indian Call center is equipped with high technology and well-furnished for a resource to comfortably work. Similarly same resource is not allowed to work for a client from different country and different product. If a resource is trained for an American Consumer on a particular product, he will be working only for that project. If he is moved to work on some other country, then he will be trained accordingly.
