“Ongaram” is simultaneously filmed in two languages Tamil and Telugu. In Telugu the movie is called as “Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum”. Rana Daggubati and Nayantara are playing a major role in the movie. Rana Daggubati has acted as B.Tech Babu where he is a theatre artist and self centered person. Nayanthara acted as Devika who is documentary film maker and wanted to do documentary movie about mafia group activities in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu border in South India. She has acted as a very responsible person and shows more interest about the society. So, two different characters are going travel together is going to be the story of this movie. Movie is based on the real incidents happened in the borders of South Indian States and activities of mafia. Comedy Actor Santhanam is acting in a support role in this movie to spice up with comedy to entertain the Tamil Audience.
