Movie is based on the true event, happened way back in the year 1939. No King of United Kingdom ever visited USA before. Franklin D. Roosevelt invited King George VI and Queen Consort Elizabeth to Hyde Park, New York USA before World War II. That is the exactly the same time where Franklin D. Roosevelt started having intimacy with his distant cousin Margaret Suckley. President wanted to entertain King and the Queen Elizabeth and also wanted to show support to United Kingdom in World War II but that is not exactly what the movie is focusing on. Movie focuses on love affair between Roosevelt and Margaret and natural comedy based on that. Movie looks fresh, lively, based on the true event and natural comedy may attract the audience. Bill Murray acted as Franklin D. Roosevelt and Laura Linney as Margaret Suckley.
