Lyricist Muthukumar was born on 12 July 1975. He is considered as the one of the excellent tamil poet, Lyricist, writer and novelist in Tamil Nadu. He lost his mother when he was just four years old. He had great interest in reading books and Tamil had adopted as his beloved child. He wanted to be director but Direct Seeman who had envisioned the writer in him, had given an opportunity to be a writer in his film.
He has written 11 books, wrote dialogues in couple of movies and worked as lyricist in more than 100 movies.
Had received Tamil Nadu State Award and National Film Award for Best Lyricist. He had received several Film Fare Awards, Vijay Awards, SIIMA etc., He was married to Jeevalakshmi on 14th June 2006. He was just 41 years old when he left his physical body today. Though he lived very short, his work would be stay for more than centuries. The Last few words for Na Muthukumar in below video.
