Oxygen / Mother – Both have same meaning

Oxygen is a sensitive family short film. Film has a pinch of comedy here and there which creates more interest to travel further with the film. First part of the film emphases on friendship between two girls, second part concentrates on Mother Love and son who fails to recognize, finally realizing about mother sacrifice. Any Indian Women is always struggling to keep up their friendship after their wedding, that too if she is a mother of a kid, she sacrifices anything and everything for her kid. Often we don’t notice, rather I would say we don’t appreciate it. But mother never expect anything in return and as always showers love on us. But the moment we realize she would have been gone away forever. Director Prabhu Jeyaram have taken this theme as a central part of the film and radiantly presented as short film. You must be wondering why film is titled as “Oxygen”, Director and Lyricist Sugumar Ganesan had justified it in the last song. Music and Cinematography is added more advantage to the film. Some films are successful because of a story, or because of a script or because of Music or any other best part of the film. But only few films have sustained a success for longer period, the reason might be the right grouping of artistic crew. Hope “Oxygen” might be one among such films.
