Maattrran got released recently and it has got huge opening, it may be because Actor Surya and his usual success formula which is double role. Surya double role films like Varanam Aayiram and Vel had got good success comparing to his other films. So hope same formula will work in this movie also.
Other hand Director K V Anand is well known for successful movies like Ko, Ayan, Kana Kandaen. He started as Cinematographer and evolved into successful Director.
I’ve just watched Maatraan Trailer. Good to watch. Hope movie will also be as good as trailer. I don’t feel like double role is new to tamil film that too twins. It will attract the audience if the story is good or may be if it has come up with different story comparing to any other double role movie released earlier.
Need to mention about Pretty actress Kajal Aggarwal. Even she has acted less no. of tamil movies, she has attracted good no. of tamil audience. Her last movie was Naan Mahaan Alla where she acted with Surya’s Brother Kathik. She played bubbly, very charming and attractive girl in that movie.
